Danny Animations ("we", "us", "our") provides bespoke video animation, explainer video production, and custom motion graphics. Because our services consist of customized digital visual media created specifically for your brand, we maintain a clear cancellation and refund policy.
Project Cancellation
You may request to cancel your animation project at any point in the production pipeline. If production is cancelled before script development begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the project fee. Once scriptwriting or storyboarding has commenced, a partial cancellation fee will apply to cover design hours worked.
Non-Refundable Work
Once final storyboards are approved and active keyframe animation or 3D rigging has started, the project fee is non-refundable. Completed digital video files and project source assets delivered to the client cannot be returned for a refund.
Revisions & Re-shoots
Each animation package includes a set number of revision rounds as defined in your service agreement. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving draft previews. Requesting modifications that deviate from the approved storyboard or script will be billed separately as additional design hours.
